Michael supported a major Contractor with the planning of a $330M infrastructure project to rebuild the 86 mile long Moses Adirondack transmission lines.
Michael developed a detailed baseline and incorporated work scope for the six (6) phases of construction over a span of three (3) years. Scope of critical work, to meet interim contract milestone dates, included:
- Time of year restrictions limiting the performance of specific scope during soft and hard outages
- Installation of foundations including direct embeds and caissons
- Installation of structure bases
- Erection of Structures
- Installation of conductors and OPGW
Michael developed monthly progress updates and detailed narratives identifying:
- Loss of outages, due to inclement weather conditions, restricting completion of critical path work
- Major accomplishments
- Delays due to unforeseen and unanticipated ground conditions, and
- Deviations to projections of future work
