New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) – Project Value: $150M

Retained by the general contractor to develop detailed CPM Baseline schedule and monthly progress updates, utilizing Primavera (P6). 

Moses Adirondack Smart Path Reliability Project – Project Value: $330M

Retained by the general contractor to develop a detailed CPM baseline schedule, utilizing Primavera (P6).  Develop monthly progress updates and detailed reporting focusing on major accomplishments, changes and delays.  Develop recovery plans. and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).

The Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant – Project Value: $9B, 

Retained by a global engineering firm and its attorneys to support the analysis of a delay claim in International Arbitration.  Performed detailed forensic analysis of project records and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).  The team won $28M in international arbitration

Salem Harbor Energy Center, Salem, MA – Project Value: $2B  

Retained by a subcontractor to monitor progress and cost overruns on the new construction of a quick start plant utilizing General Electric (GE) FlexEfficiency 60 technology.  Performed forensic schedule and cost analysis.  Developed Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs) and Time Impact Analysis (TIAs) to support entitlement.

Huron Sewer Separation and Surface Improvements, Cambridge, MA State Agency: MWRA – Project Value: $42M

Retained by the contractor to support construction to improve water quality in the Alewife Brook.  Work scope included separation of approximately 25,000 linear feet of combined sewer & associated manholes and replacement of approximately 15,500 linear feet of water main, related fittings, valves, hydrants and services

Concord Sewer Separation and Surface Improvements, Cambridge, MA State Agency: MWRA – Project Value: $36M

Retained by the general contractor to support construction  including separation of approximately 25,000 linear feet of combined sewer & associated manholes, replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 9,700 linear feet of water main & replacement of related fittings, valves, hydrants and services.

Alewife Brook Pump Station Rehabilitation State Agency: MWRA – Project Value: $16M

Retained by the general contractor to support the rehabilitation of the Alewife Brook Pump Station.  Existing sewer pumps were replaced by two higher-capacity wet-weather pumps and a dry-weather pump with a third wet-weather pump available for standby use.  Other operational improvements included the replacement of motors, gear drives, controls, screens, sluice gates and generators.

New Contruction of the Tornillo-Guadalupe, United States Land Port of Entry Tornillo, TX – Project Value: $82M  Federal Agency:GSA

Retained by the Owner (General Services Administration – GSA) to review, analyze and make recommendations in response to the contractor’s Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA).  Developed detailed analysis and provided GSA with a Report of Expert Opinions and recommendations for entitlement.  The dispute was favorably negotiated and settled at the project level.

Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT)

Develop custom program controls to support construction contracts that are part of the historic $3 billion Accelerated Bridge Program (ABP).  This program reduces the number of structurally deficient bridges in the state of Massachusetts.

Connecticut Historical & Prominent Buildings

Develop custom project controls to support renovations of large historical and prominent buildings in the State of Connecticut.   The buildings date back to the late 1800s.  Timely completion of these projects is critical, as state and federal historic tax credits are secured by timely beneficial occupancy.
