Current Projects

Our current project portfolio  includes large public (Federal and State) and private construction contracts in support of General Contractors and Owners:

  • 700MW Power Plant

We currently support the new construction of a quick start plant utilizing General Electric (GE) FlexEfficiency 60 technology offering rapid response capability.  The plant will be capable of adding 300MW of power to the grid within 10 minutes of start-up and converting 58% of the energy in gas into electric power.  The project is valued at $1.5B.

  • New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP)

We currently support large construction contracts aimed at improving NYCDEP’s infrastructure.  The improvements are part of New York City’s plan for its Water Supply System.  The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) has proposed improvements valued in excess of $300M.

  • Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT)

We currently support construction contracts part of the historic $3 billion Accelerated Bridge Program (ABP).  This program reduces the number of structurally deficient bridges in the state of Massachusetts.  We support construction contracts by utilizing innovative techniques to complete projects on-time and within budgets.

  • Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA)

Our support services, on numerous contracts for MWRA, started on the $6B invested in the treatment facilities at Deer Island.  The project has proven to be one of the nation’s greatest environmental achievements.  MWRA, today, continues these efforts and are spending $850M on Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) projects to protect beaches and shell fishing beds from overflows, due to heavy rains.  We continue our services in support of several of the CSO projects currently under construction.

  • Connecticut Historical & Prominent Buildings

Our current project portfolio, also, includes supporting renovations of large historical and prominent buildings in the State of Connecticut.   These buildings date back to the late 1800s.  Timely completion of these projects is critical, as state and federal historic tax credits are secured by timely beneficial occupancies.
